Inspired by three generations of wellness practitioners and more than 115 years of combined family experience in bodywork, our journey is rooted in tradition while continuously evolving through education, innovation, and a passion for holistic care.
I proudly follow in the footsteps of my mother, my grandmother, and the many remarkable women and healers in my family who dedicated their lives to helping others feel their best. Their knowledge, intuition, and commitment to wellness have shaped not only my practice, but who I am as a practitioner.

Massage Therapy & Wellness is in my blood.
Massage therapy is not just my profession — it’s something I was born into, raised among, refined through years of hands-on experience, and deepened through over a decade of clinical practice serving the local community.
For over 12 years, I have devoted myself to the art and science of therapeutic bodywork, including more than a decade providing personalized, private on-site massage therapy. Through meaningful relationships and trusted care, I have had the privilege of supporting my community’s wellness journeys one client at a time.
I specialize in intentional, results-driven bodywork designed to address chronic tension patterns, restore mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and reset.
